Robust, sturdy, easy start, great power

This is my first generator and it is exceeding my expectations. Broke in with propane and got a natural gas conversion kit. It is running beautifully. Transfer switches on order and am looking forward to tying it in to the whole house. Please note, it is not the quietest...seeing about 80 - 90 dB based on how far you are from it. Planning on setting it up as needed on the back corner. Expect complaints from the neighbors if power is out for long....

Just received and assembled today. Very easy to put together AND very sturdy. Just and oil, gas/propane and start her up. Couldn’t ask for a finer unit for the price

Plenty of Power

I bought This about a month ago and as soon as the electrician finished with the electrical part we try it, my house is a 2000 sf and this thing was able to power the whole house including the AC. I hope we don't have again a situation like we had in Texas the past February but if it happens at least I'll be prepared.

DOES WHAT IT'S SUPPOSED TO DO

I bought this to protect against another power outage in Texas because of some greedy politicians and business entities. I ran the generator for about 1/2 hour using my propane tank so that it would not have gasoline marinating in the pipes for an unknown period of time. The motor started up quickly and the little beast roared to life. I plugged in a few items to see how it would run and it performed flawlessly, granted that it was only small tools. I am going to get a transfer switch attached to the house soon so that we can run the power to our furnace and other large items. I do and I do not look forward to using this generator, a seemingly necessary item to compensate for an unreliable power grid.

Powerhouse BEAST!!

Picked this unit from three different ones I researched for over a weeks time.
Reason I went with Westinghouse was for a few things, warranty, reviews, dual fuel and key fob start.
This thing is a Beast, running on propane tested with water pump coming on and the central air going, along with most everything else turned on in the house
Fridge 2 of and a freezer it didn’t skip a beat whatsoever!!

I plan to switch to natural gas as I have that in my barn and don’t plan running it on gasoline.
Delivers all the punch to maintain the house with no worries.
I would recommend this wgen9500df to anyone that wants a generator, this one is amazing!!

I haven’t started the generator yet but looking forward to using this winter in case of a power outage and able to power more of my house. I’m also impressed with remote start.
