Great Generator

Great generator! Got it a month ago. Started right up on both gas and propane. Had all the features I was looking for.

easy assembly and great starting from the git go

I received this generator several days before hurricane Zeta hit the coast of lower Alabama. Thinking we could not possibly be hit again with in a month of a previous storm, Sally, I neglected to read the instructions but at least I took time to assemble the generator (30minutes). The storm hit during the night. I got up the next morning at 4:45 and began reading. I filled the crankcase with oil, attached the hose for running on propane and opened the correct valves. I connected the battery, touched the start button. It immediately came to life and I connected electrical cords to appliances and saved the contents of 2 refrigerator/freezers which I had lost the due to the previous storm. I researched numerous brands of generators and selected what I thought was best for my situation. Hope I never have to use it again but am confident that it will be ready. Have already made comments to friends about this generators capacity and ease of use

So powerful and so compact!

We just added a new member to our family and decided a reliable generator was a must for the New England snow storms. This item is much smaller and more compact than other generators we have had but so much more powerful! The remote starter is perfect so my wife is able to start it with no trouble. We are so happy with this purchase!

Everything we wanted..

We wanted to upgrade from our current 20-yr old generator. We came across this Westinghouse model. It had everything we wanted - more power, dual fuel, and electric start. As a bonus, even though it weighs 200 pounds, it is surprisingly easy to mover around.

Power out 1 No Problem

I bought the WGen9500DF for the dual fuel and running watts. This unit when received was easy to assemble and fired right up providing all the power we needed and more. 30 AMP plugs right into our house transfer switch (note: extension cord/s not included) and powers all we needed for a 2500 sqft. home. The added four 20 AMP plugs give all the extra versatility needed to run some additional items outside. Easy to use, perfect panel layout and ability to keep going without skipping a beat on gas or propane is perfect!
