Ready for next hurricane!

Our electrician just installed a Homeline generator interlock kit w/ a two-pole 50 amp breaker under the meter/panel combo & supplied a 20’ cord w/ twist-lock ends. With fresh non-ethanol gas, supplied oil, & battery hooked up...it fired right up! Started introducing various circuit breakers & it will comfortably run all the needed components: 2.5 ton ac/air-handler, frig, all lights, etc. I Think we’re ready for the next power outage!
So, very happy we purchased this highly rated, powerful, Westinghouse duel-fuel portable generator!

Extra sense of security

Great unit. Easy to use and start. Versatile with the duel fuel. I’m more comfortable storing a supply of propane than gasoline. When it’s going to be used for an extended period, I can go get additional gas to keep it running while the propane is in use. I had a transfer switch put on the house, so very easy to run everything I need in my home when the grid is down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

LIving at the coast in the middle of one of the busiest hurricanes seasons in recent history having this generator has been handy. especially having the dual fuel option!

Well appointed generator

The generator arrived 1 week early in good condition and easy to set up. All parts needed for assembly of the wheels were included and easily installed. The battery was fully charged and the terminals snapped together quickly. To my surprise the generator was easy to move around in spite of its weight. Very impressed with most of the design features and what is included. Such as the fuel gauge, hours counter dual fuel switch and battery charger.
The only design feature that needs improvement is the location of the 50amp receptacle which is placed directly over the wheel. Since a 50 amp cord is as thick as a large anaconda, a male plug on the end of the power cord which is offset by 90 degrees cannot be plugged in to the 50amp outlet on the generator without either removing the wheel or by adding an extension plug which provides the necessary clearance.
