Great features, dual Fuel!

I bought the generator about a month ago and received within two weeks which was faster then estimated when I ordered it, so I was happy to get it sooner. The item arrived in very good condition and the box had no damage either. Assembly was very easy and was ready in about 15 minutes. I tested it with both gasoline and with propane and it started right up. So far I have not had to use it for an outage, but so far so good and very pleased with everything. I would recommend this generator based on my current experience.

This generator lives up to all its claims. I spent a lot of time reviewing all different brands and I'm very glad I chose this one. Its real that good!!

Excellent bang for the buck

This is a great choice for anyone with occasional power loss (for us, 5-6 times a year), needing to power the essentials. We're adding a transfer switch soon to connect it more fully to the house when needed. This option is a nice middle ground rather than much more expensive permanently installed units (which doesn't make much economic sense for people without frequent / extreme power loss). Dual fuel is also a great addition, as we almost always have one or the other in storage.

Does the job well

Bought this to power a 5hp submersible pump on a 560 foot deep well. Does the job great, even with derating for 8800' altitude. Love the dual fuel feature for off-grid living.
It's heavy and loud, no surprise. But comes with handles so it can be lifted without too much problem by two people, and it isn't nearly as deafening as some generators.
Overall very satisfied.

Started Up First Try

This generator is really nice! Very well packaged on a pallet so I was confident there was no damage from being in transit. Followed the simple quick start guide and it started on the very first try using propane...that way I did not have to drain gasoline after testing. Can't wait to use it for the next power outage.

Best quality and value

It was worth the several week wait for delivery due to California outages, fires and such. The quality is the best we have seen for this style gen. (We have many generators) It came with oil, funnel, battery and charger/maintainer! Full featured and user friendly. Packed well. The customer service has been excellent all the way. Operates as expected.

Good Features

Documentation for setting up the generator were detailed and clear. After following directions, unit started the first time. Unit also has a number of safety features I did not find on other units. Power is in the middle between a small unit and a permanent generator (on-pad). The weight (253#) makes it portable enough to use at other locations as well as for the home. I was surprised by the relatively small size of the generator for what it provides.
