Just what I needed

I haven't had a chance to try it in an actual outage yet, but I tried it out of the box and it started right up with no problems. i tried both gas and propane and it worked perfectly. I connected it to the house and brought the load up to 8 KW. It ran smoothly and no flickering lights. We will have to see how it runs after an extended power outage but I don't foresee any issues. Thank you Westinghouse.

Ordered this unit as a Back up for our house. Unit came in a Heavy box and delivered to my Door steps. It is hard to move around till you put the wheels on. I had the wheels on in less then 5 mins. For my 1st start up I wanted to use Propane. I hooked the line up and then to the Bottle. Unit turned over for maybe a sec or two and fired right up. I am Very pleased with it. I hope I don't loose power but if I do I feel this unit can handle everything in need to run and then some.

I bought this two months ago and so far I’m happy. I used the propane fuel option and tested it running a skill saw with ease.

I bought this one week ago and am thrilled with the features and ease of use. I put gas in it and it started up immediately, The duel fuel option is great for use at home and on the road.

I just bought this generator and the assembly was minimal with great instructions. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It started right up and ran smooth and was not as noisy as I expected. I would recommend this portable generator. The generator is well balanced for easy movability.

Great Product and Support

The WGen9500DF arrived well packaged and appears to be quality constructed. There was very little assembly and the tools needed to complete the assembly are included in the packaging. In addition to the large wheels there is a very nice size built-in rubber grip handle for easy portability. The product is full of other great features and the enclosed user manual in the packaging is very through. Westinghouse customer support was superb on several pre-sales phone calls I had before my purchase. I felt confident enough in the Westinghouse brand, customer support and product warranty that I purchased two WGen900DF, one for me and one for my parent.
I would recommend this to a friend!
