It arrived on time and in great condition. Assembled together with no issues. Fired it up and so far so good! Can’t wait for the next Hurricane (I’m kidding). I honestly hope I never have to officially use it, but am relieved that Westinghouse had got my back.

Beast of a Generator

The generate came via a lift truck. It weighs over 250 pounds. Love the fact that it has wheels and stand plus padded handle from moving it around. Love the auto start and remote start. Plus I have propane tanks in the event, I run out of fuel. Super value power for our home.

Great machine, solid build, started promptly, strong frame and good mobility, bought for emergency back up so have yet to put in use but feel confident it will do the trick

Home back-up power

I recently purchased this generator, just waiting for a chance to use it. Here's what I've seen so far. Pros - Easy to assemble, easy to use, fired up on the first start and seems too run strong. Cons- loud and heavy, but for the price and if it's as reliable as people say, then you really can't beat it! Build a small generator storage shed and that will take care of those two minor issues in my opinion.

This is our 2nd Wgen9500 we have purchased. The first one had a few problems. Starter,carburetor. But Westinghouse was very fast with warranty parts. This is why we purchased our second.

Tested out my new Westinghouse Generator Wgen9500DF. Everything is working as expected. Even tried out the remote start. Havent had this unit long enough to tell longevity but im sure it will not disappoint.
