After researching and seeing other brands, I decided to get the Westinghouse WGEN9500DF and am impressed! The unit was well packaged and needed minimal set-up. Everything was included… which is not with a lot of others. Love the handle and how easy it is to roll and move and store! Fired up and did a moderate test with freezer and well pump load. Very confident with this purchase that when and if I need it - whether with my propane or gasoline - I will have power!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just received. Great generator. Set was easy. Add oil and fuel and fire it up. Noise is not too bad. Will be great backup system

I ordered this unit 9-4-23 and received it 9-8-23. I unboxed and installed the wheels and mounting feet, filled with oil and gasoline and it started and ran on the first attempt. Won’t be able to check it on propane until next week when I receive my 30 lb propane tank. It did have a boo boo from shipping and the fuel gauge don’t seem to be working but have a call in on that and a case number. They said a representative would give me a call after the weekend. I’m well pleased with the unit overall so far.

This is a Heavy Duty machine that every body that can afforded should have one for any circumstances in need special in emergencies in your house or a business, living in my childhood in a 3rd world country and now in a state that hurricanes at all levels likes to visit constantly this product after God can save you even your live, don't hesitate thinking twice to get one of this, We just got ours and haven't use it jet, I'm opened just now from the box and even If I never use it I have a relieve that it's there when I need it, looking forward to turned on to see if everything is in place!! So exited!!

Easy Set-Up and Operation

Product arrived 1-day ahead of delivery date. If you have experience with generators, set-up and operation is simple with the included manual. Be sure to purchase an extra quart of 4-cycle oil. The unit comes with 1bottle but it is not enough to fill the reservoir. It will take 2 people at delivery time to move. Once you attach the wheels it only requires one person to move the generator around. Absolutely no problems with starting and operation. I'm using it with my house and there is enough power to start-up AC/Heating unit, refrigerator, TV, lights and outlets. Did not start washer and dryer. Very happy with the purchase so far.

I bought this at the end of last years hurricane season and just broke it in for the next one. I've run it for about 3 hours on propane in my break-in cycle and changed the oil a couple of times. The only assembly was attaching the wheels and feet which only took a couple of minutes. I took the spark plug off to put a bit of oil in so I didn't dry start and that was easy. I also changed the oil a few times inbetween cycles which was also easy. Started right up the first time each time. Your not going to fit a standard oil pan under it and it is a bit to heavy to lift for an oil change. I just used a small rectangular piece of Tupperware that was looking rank anyway and it worked great.
