Great value for dual fuel

Great way to have long lasting power without storing large quantities of gasoline.
Florida resident in all electric community feels totally ready for hurricane season. with all this power, I can even enjoy some air conditioning.

Does not start or run on Gas

I bought Jun 19, 2020 and it was delivered Jul 07, 2020. Easy to assemble, but does not start nor run on gas, does great on propane. Drained gas and refilled just to make sure, but still no start nor run on gas. All switches/connections verified.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dual power

The best feature of this product is the dual power source but very happy to buy from a reputable firm. This will come in handy when PG&E cuts our power again.

Looks to be quality built. Dual fuel is a huge plus. Haven't had to use it yet, hurricane season is upon us so it's ready to go.

Quiet

Received this today with a slight problem. My intent is to run this strictly off propane. I have been unable to get is started, or to run on propane, gas works fine. I contacted customer support and they were very supportive assisting me in troubleshooting and registering my unit. They will be sending me a new fuel selector switch, which is a simple replacement. Running on gas I would say this is probably half the volume of my old 5500 generac. Would have given 5 stars except for the propane issue, which I am confident will be corrected.
