I bought this a month aga, received, assembled but could not get it to run on gasoline, luckily it does run on propane fuel. Replaced fuel selector valve under warranty and still does not run on gas.

We’re deeply sorry to hear that you may still be having difficulties and regret that your expectations were not met. The WGen9500DF runs on both propane and gas with ease, so this sounds like a strange situation. Thank you for reaching out and giving us the chance to assist you. Please contact our customer care team at your earliest convenience at service@wpowereq.com so we can get you taken care of!
