Everything I Expected

I purchase this generator on Saturday 02/15/2025 and it was delivered on Tuesday 02/18/2025...the day before a another Winter storm hit my area. I needed it by this date since the previous week I lost power during another Winter storm and didn't want to be caught short again. I spent about an hour preparing it for use (feet, wheels, oil, propane connection, battery connection, etc.). Everything was easy to set up with clear instructions from the user manual and quick start guide. I attached the propane tank, used the remote start and it was up and running. Very pleased with this product.

I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it. It was connected by a power cord from generator to home panel set up by licensed electrician. Easy to operate and easy to understand and handle as a homeowner.

Great alternative

This is a great alternative other than spending thousands of dollars on a whole home generator. I like the built-in plug for the battery charger and the remote start feature. Having the option for gas or propane was actually the reason I purchased this but the other features or a nice bonus.

Great Generator

I bought this to replace a generator that did not have the capacity that my whole house needed. It was a bonus that a dual fuel generator was available a price point that met with the current economy. Knowing that I have extended power via the dual fuel capacity gives me a peace of mind during the most extreme weather.
