Excellent generator. Everything is well built with quality components. Lots of good features such as remote start, low oil auto shutdown, and digital readout for Volts, Freqs, Spot Run Time, and Maintenance Run Time.

Just what we needed to run the whole house!

We bought the WGen9500DF about a Month ago. This gen has just the amount of watts that we need to run the whole house and great on fuel as well! We live in a Hurricane prone area and with the dual fuel option (DF) is a must. Love the remote feature as well. A great investment! We would recommend this generator to anyone in need of the right Gen at the right price.

Finally made the decision to buy one. Nice machine with easy set up....just read the directions! Saw a couple reviews that didn't plug the battery cable together or turn the gas on. Easy set up and started right up.

Great generator!

Just bought the WGEN9500DF, as it was from a very reliable brand, and had the features that I was looking for. It’s large enough to power our well pump, boiler, two refrigerators, a chest freezer, and two bedrooms with windows a/c’s. It has an electric start, but the pull start was not hard at all! The instructions to put on the wheels and convert it to a floating neutral were very easy. We have it connected to a transfer station, tested it, and it works great. We’re ready for the next storm!

Looking forward to using this as a home backup generator when the power goes out. Glad it's the dual fuel model. Gives you options when needing gas and/or propane.

Just what I was looking for

We have been wanting a portable generator to power our home in case of an electrical power failure. We live in the Houston area and hurricanes and other storms can create problems for our electrical service. This 9500 watt generator is exactly what we needed. We have a water well and an aerobic septic system, so when the power is out we really can't stay for long. Now with this new portable generator, we have the electrical supply we need.
We had an electrician help us set it up to connect to our electric supply panel and we ran a test on it yesterday. It worked beautifully! The generator started right up with a push of a button and supplied enough power to run everything we need.
Hopefully, we will never suffer a significant power outage, but now there is peace of mind knowing that we have a dependable back up source of power.
