I have not had this generator long, but my first impressions are great. I am impressed with the dual fuel capability, the electric start feature, and the remote-control feature. I am looking forward to years of service from this product.

Power to price this is a great value generator. It was packaged well, assembly was quick and easy and it fired right up. Remote start works great. I cannot yet comment on longevity, but I expect this generator to last many years.

Very pleased to have the option of either gas or propane to use in an emergency. The push start and remote start are also a nice bonus

Purchased the WGen9500DF after the electrician installing my transfer swith recommended it. My other generator would not be able to meet the needs of our household during an emergency. I especially like the remote start/stop feature.

I have not really put this to the test yet but it seems like a well built machine.I like the dual fuel option and the variety of ports. Comes with a battery tender which also is a good feature.

I've only had this generator for a few days and have used it consistently for power outage. connected several appliances and seems that it doesn't effect it's function at all. I ran refrigerator, tv, several lights and 3 portable heaters trying to keep in mind to watch how much wattage i'm using. I am thus far very pleased with this generator and would recommend to purchase.
