Love this generator. My only issue is that it was not exactly what I was looking for. As this is a diesel generator but does require electricity to set up.

Just purchased this and had it delivered today, very quick and easy set up. Put the oil in, filled with gas, and it fired up with no issues. Highly impressed with the build quality and attention to detail with the GFCI receptacles and waterproof covers. Couldn't find anything as a close of a competitor without going to a heavy duty commercial type that's 2-3x the cost, as well as something with 50A output in this price range. This should easily run my 2500SF home with the appliances, lights, and heating if needed. Can't wait to use this when needed (but hope it doesn't come down to it).

Just got this WGen9500DF unit as a standby for power outages. Using a 50amp inlet box to interlock kit, I was able to power the entire house! The unit never sounded like it was bogging down. Intructions were easy to follow. It is quite loud however. But in the case of a power outage, I think the neighbors will be understanding and grateful when I can toss them a plug for their fridge.
