Complete Solution, Full of Features

A solid generator with a ton of options and flexibility. Power output is solid for the units size. It’s large, but not all that difficult to move around by hand thanks to the nice and solid handle. Great to have electric start, including the remote. It worked very well and makes it easy to start by anyone (while also having the pull cord as backup). It includes a charger for the battery which is great to keep the battery charged and ready to go. Also being dual fuel gives a lot of options. I like the propane option. Running off a 20lb grill gas tank is super easy, and avoids having to put gasoline in the unit making it heavier to run and requiring stabilizer when it sits for long periods of time. yes, output capacity is slightly derated on propane, but the ease and clean burn from propane is worth the trade. Overall a solid unit with a ton of features. Very happy with the purchase.

We purchased this after a bad winter storm a two years ago,and hadn't needed it,and with prediction of a ice storm coming I gassed it up,it started right up ready to go

Great generator with many features

Bought this generator in 11/7/21 and has been in the box until now. Had ice storm and lost power on 1/5/25. Pulled it out of the box installed tires and stands, put oil in and battery was still charged even. Started on propane and worked like a champ and has very helpful features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Impressive Generator with Great Features!

Before purchasing this generator, I read numerous reviews of various models. I chose this unit based on the glowing feedback from satisfied customers and its impressive features. I’m confident it will meet all my electrical needs during power outages, offering the best value for its features and output.
The engine starts flawlessly with the remote fob, and the generator arrived in perfect condition. The assembly process was straightforward. It handles my Geo-Thermal unit, freezer, and various house lights.
The generator comes with all the necessary accessories. Despite its weight, the included wheel kit makes it easy to maneuver. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this generator—it looks good, operates smoothly, and has the capabilities I need.
I plan to use propane as the default fuel to avoid issues with gasoline going stale and clogging the carburetor after long periods of disuse.
Setup and startup were a breeze thanks to the clear, concise instructions. I was curious about the generator’s noise level and was pleased to find it isn’t terribly loud. The power output is more than sufficient to keep everything running that I intend to load on it. I’m thrilled with this purchase—a solid device that I will be glad to have when the time comes!

I purchased this item after Helene because we were without power for over a week. Looked for a reputable named generator. After searching online saw this Westiinghouse generator and with the features and sturdiness of this product, was above my expectations. Dual fuel and remote start- did not disappoint. Have already used it for ice storm. Works like a charm the WGen9500DFc will give you added peace of mind.
