We needed a powerful off grid power source for our homestead. We plan to use this as an adjunct to our off grid solar and lithium-Ion battery bank inverter system. I also plan to utilize the 250V output for my welder to make fencing etc..

Very happy with this purchase. The power output is enough to run all the essentials in our house during an outage, and if necessary, our HVAC. Battery backup is great - when the sun is shining. This generator is a cheap year-round insurance policy.

Purchased generator online 11/16/24, arrived on 11/22/2024. The unit seems to be very well built and started up immediately. I love the layout of the unit and all the safety features. We have not experienced a power outage yet. But when we do, it's nice to know this Westinghouse generator is here to depend upon.
