The Generator arrived iccn excellent shape. easy to unpack and assemble.
Started right up on both gas and propane which is a great feature. Hooked up to my electric panel and ran everything I might need in a power outage. Very happy.
Highly recommended.

Absolute best portable generator

I purchased the Westinghouse WGen9500DF after many, many hours of research and review searching. I am beyond glad I did. This thing is an absolute dream! Couldn't ask for a more robust, well built, well thought out/ engineered portable generator. Right out of the box you get the required engine oil, and tools needed for assembly and maintenance. The dual fuel ability is flawless. We use propane for home heating so having the ability to utilize our already 300 gallons at any given time made this purchase a no brainer. Electric auto start and A REMOTE CONTROL! What!! How cool is that! And at the price range these are listed at makes it a hard deal to pass up. Generator ran almost my entire 3500 sq ft home including central air, garage door openers, 24 cu ft chest freezer, 60 gallon hot water heater, well pump, refrigerator, all first and second floor lighting and most importantly the coffee maker for around 8-10 hrs on a tank of fuel. I would highly recommend this generator to anyone in the market needing dual fuel and a 12500 kw generator.

Very Well Built

The Generator was delivered by lift gate truck. It is very heavy. The product was well packaged and no delivery damage was observed. Assembly was minimal and easy. Tested the generator on propane and gas. Both worked well. Battery was well charged and electric start worked brilliantly. I am very happy with this generator so far.

Since this is a generator, I have only ran it long enough to ensure it works. It works and I am able to use everything in my house that runs off of 20 amps.

I thought it was going to be more complicated to put together but to my surprise it's not. It's just what I need and I love it. I love the remote start also I thought it was going to be more complicated to put together but it wasnt. I love the remote start also. It started up right away I didn't even have to charge the battery. And it works on both fules.
