I bought this item last month and was very pleased with how quickly it was to get started and move it around. I gave a 4 star because two of the screws that connect the feet (assembly required) were not large for the pre-drilled hole resulting in stripping one of the screws to attach one of the feet. Otherwise, we installed the fixtures to our home and it powers up all the items we need (heat, air conditioning, appliances and other).

Great home back up generator

Bought this generator to power my home when we loose power. We live in north Idaho and just about every winter we loose power for at least a week. We have a well for a water source and electric water heater. This generator doesn't skip a beat with 2 of us taking showers. It powers all lights and electric stove. No regrets at all with this purchase.

Happy so far

Purchased just recently. Was easy to set up. Added oil and tested on propane. Have not had a power outage yet but am ready to go. Am pleased that I can run on propane and avoid issue of stale gas. Box was missing wireless remote starter.
I contacted Westinghouse and am hopeful they will send me one. With our transfer switch nearly installed I will be so grateful to be able to power critical ciruits in house namely furnace, frig/freezer, several lights/outlets, and internet.
