I was doing some research on generators for my new house. It is 1500 square feet.
I came across the Westinghouse generators and came to the conclusion that it would fit my needs. It was easy to put together and started right up. It is a peice of mind i will be ready when the power goes out.

It starts easy and you can switch from gas to propane while it is running. It comes with a battery for electric start. Most generators do not come with one. This generator is a good value.

GREAT FEATURES, QUALITY AND EASE OF SETUP

I purchased this unit a few weeks ago. First impression was great quality. Well built and thought out for ease of use and startup. The instruction manual is very good and easy to understand. Initial startup was complete and running in 30 minutes. All of the features are well arranged on the control panel. The dual fuel is a great option to have in the event gasoline is not available due to loss of power in the area. This allows you to have two fuels available for longer running times. The ECO mode is good in that it operates the unit in a fuel conservative mode extending run times. The size of the unit is easily managed considering the output capacity. Other units of this size are much larger and heavier. The additional output plugs will allow you to run the unit on lower current systems and still be protected from overloading circuits. The price is very competitive as well. A good value for all you get in an emergency open frame generator.
