Exactly what we wanted. Love the features: dual fuel, remote start, good peak watts. Easy to maneuver and position. Easy to assemble and understand instructions.

Impressive machine!

Installed the wheels, added engine 0il, connected the LP hose and tank, and hit the start button.
Fired up perfectly right out of the box-the battery was even fully charged!
This is a very well thought out generator, which was delivered even with a battery tender that I was not expecting, but would have bought on my own, for a standby generator. Well done , Westinghouse!!!

Super Powerful - Dual Fuel - Simple Setup

Bought a WGEN9500DF for Xmas for myself. Old gas generator was just painful. What a great generator so thanks Westinghouse. Setup was simple The remote/push button start could not be any easier. Choice of gas or propane. Has all the connections I need and this unit runs my entire 330o sq ft home. Bought in November but setup this weekend with the impending East Coast storm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really solid machine

I just received my new generator and I am very pleased with my purchase. This thing is built like a tank! I did a lot of research before purchasing the generator, and saw plenty of less expensive options, however none could match the quality, adaptability (dual fuel) , and affordability of this model. It was difficult to find one available for purchase, but after our last power outages I didn't want to be caught off guard again. I'm very pleased one became available.

Awesome generator

I purchased this generator in December 2020 as backup power for my house. Since it has been installed I have had to use it three times. All three times this generator provided ample power for my house with no issues. It starts very easily - I use it with LP - and runs very quietly for what it is. My next plan for this generator is to hook it up so it runs off my house LP tank instead of grill tanks, which is very convenient.

Unboxing and assembly were easy. I like that it came with everything needed (aside from fuel) to get it running quickly. It's big but gets around pretty good.

It came when it was suppose to and started right up. Remote worked the first time and on a trial run I powered my entire house including three refrigerators.

Very Pleased with purchase

Easy to assembly wheels, love the remote start. I didn't even have to program the remote. Started after 3 attempts and starts manually faster by choking. I easily handled by well pump draw. Haven't used in emergency yet. Also big plus to be able to run on propane!
