Purchased recently so have only had one chance to use. Easy use and more power than we should need.

Hooked it up to my power inlet box and it ran my appliances flawlessly. We won’t be stuck without electricity this hurricane season.

Unfortunately we tried using this generator for the first time when the winter storm occurred in Texas. Spent multiple hours troubleshooting using the oil that came with the item as well as fresh gasoline. Could not get it to start and in the process of trying to get my money back... Should have tested the item when I received it and paid the price for waiting until we actually needed it the most!

Works great! Push start and remote start are a great plus. Got us through the ice storm of 2021 with no trouble.

Great unit purchased due to few power outages in my area. Liked the dual fuel option and remote start. Works well so far. Best price for the power output and feature I could find.
