Broken part?

Found a broken part (24BYJ48 Stepper Motor in pieces) at bottom of shipping carton. Was it fixed and replaced broken piece left in carton? Haven’t started up generator yet; need this resolved.

These are great generators. I have used mine twice. The last time after huriccane Beryl. I now have a spare at the residence. A extra at my fishing camp in Galveston. And 1 more that I can loan a friend. I am sold on th Wgen9500DF. It will run my 5 ton a/c and everything else when pluged into the 50 amp outlet.

Outstanding performance, looks and safety features

I was in the market for a portable generator and Westinghouse Gen 9500 DF is the one I like the best. Most people who have this unit are happy just as I am when it was delivered and have it tested on Profane gas. Look handsome, easy to operate. I am now ready for power outages.
