Whatta generator for an unbelievable price

Has a lot of power. Runs off propane and gas. Saved us from no electricity during our last storm!

Portable Generator WGen9500DF

This generator came highly recommended by my colleague. I must say, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. I had an electrician install an inlet box (50amp) connecting to my Electric Panel. This generator is able to power the majority of my house, including a 5ton ac unit. Overall, I give this generator 5 stars.

Powered Whole House

Finally got around to wiring up a panel to the house to support the 50A connection to the WGen9500DF unit…and not a moment too soon!! We had a bad storm come through that knocked our power out for hours. The Westinghouse powered our home, allowing all basic functions to remain operational! This includes 2 fridges, a freezer, our well pump, sewer pump, and furnace for heat! Along with all that, I baked a birthday cake for my wife in our gas oven. It was business as usual at our home during the power outage! I couldn’t be happier!
The Westinghouse looks great and even comes with branded tools, the battery, and a full manual including all maintenance and parts information I will ever need to use this for some time! So far I only ran it on propane, (burns nice and clean, no exhaust smell outside) and it ran great! Remote/push button start is amazing. Great unit, well worth the investment!

Easy Setup

Easy setup and good instructions. Unit operated very good. Louder than expected. Hope I never have to use it, but if I do I know it will run the entire house. Tested it in summer with AC on. No problems.

Using during power outages

Purchased after our most recent power outage ran a few days with total loss of refrigerated items. This unit is for emergency power and plugged directly into the house power system using 50 amp outlet to run a/c during hot weather along with refrigerator. Additionally some lights and television. Nice solid unit, heavy, with easy access for fueling. Battery start and ability to charge it from the generator is nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!
