Easy to set up and run.

Instructions on unpacking and set up are very easy to read and follow. Had no issues on setting up the generator and running for the first time. What is exceptionally useful and easy is the ease with which to be able to switch from gas to propane or propane to gas while the generator is still running. Also like the remote start and stop feature. The data center on the unit is easy to read and helpful. So far it provides the emergency power needs we need with no issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought after hurricane beryl smashed down in Houston. Love the fact In use propane or gas. Will be totally prepared for next hurricane that comes through.

Easy to start & quiet

Brought as a backup generator for my house. Needed a bigger one to current 6500. This practically whole house. Love the remote start as wife can start it easily in my absence. Love the dual fuel too just in case gas is hard to get.

Just bought this Westhouse 9500 Running / 12500 Starting Dual Fuel to power my whole house during our frequent outages with my Soft Starter installed . Seen many great reviews and recommendations . My next outage I will be ready and review how it went
