We ordered during a prolonged power outage and it arrived BEFORE promised.
We have had an issue with it and Westinghouse has been very responsive trying to solve the issue.

WGen9500DFc - Dual Fuel generator

I purchased the generator to serve as a backup for my house and appliances and it started easy and with the key fob and I feel secure that it will serve our home for many years to come.

I just received this Brute Of a generator. So far, everything looks great. Manual was clear and item looks well built. Charging up the battery now do not able to talk about noise level or actual performance

We have lived in our home for 15 years and just now decided to get a generator. The power where we live goes out quite often during the winter storms. We are looking forward to warmth and lighting throughout our sometimes cold, wet and windy winters!
