This is a backup generator which I have not yet had to use, but it lives up to its advertised features so far. It looks good and is substantial.

Very pleased with ease in set up. The oil that was provided did not get to the level required to start. Not a problem it's just a little short and I can add some.

The leg pegs and wheels were easy to simple after using a car jack to lift it. Runs smoothly with the propane (haven't tried the gasoline yet). Love all of its features! Now I can't wait for a storm to come (kind of joking).

Shipped to my house a day early, box in spotless condition, contents in perfect condition... still smells brand new just like it should. I haven't fired it up yet, but based on 'presentation' thus far, I'm very optimistic. The machine isn't quite as big and heavy as I thought it would be. Don't get me wrong, it is big and heavy - I just expected more. Also, getting the machine out of the box, installing the wheels, etc. is super easy. I love how the wheels can quickly and easily go on and off with the use of cotter pins- great idea! I'm a little unimpressed with the tiny remote for the remote start. Although everything else looks quality, that does not... it's pretty small and looks cheap. And, I really wish these units had rubber tires. Practically every generator of every brand I've seen in this size has the plastic wheels, I just wish somebody would go that extra five-dollar step and provide quality rubber wheels for obvious reasons. Anyway, like I mentioned, I'm completely satisfied so far.

I chose this generator based on reviews, price, and capabilities. It was really an easy choice, overall quality is great. Only issues I have are, 3/4 the tack welded nuts for the feet were not lined up with the holes so I had to use my drill to make bigger ones. Also, a 1.16 qts bottle of oil was included and the manual calls for 1.1 qts capacity, however the dipstick still reads low after filling. Looking forward to seeing it in action!
