New unit blues

Bought this generator over a year ago for emergency back up for our home. Well the time came when we needed to use it for back up and no power was being produced out of the unit, no power to the dash, no power out of any of the outlets so as of now I can not leave a fair review, I will be giving a call to support tomorrow and we will see what can be done about my issue
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great generator for the whole house.

Generator at first glance seems to be just what I needed. Easy to set up, and get started. Started right up without any trouble. Haven't hade to use it yet but, when we need it it will be ready. The price and the reviews were why I chose this Generator. I live in Florida and as everyone knows, we do have storms from time to time. So far I am very happy.

Easy To Operate

I bought the generator online, and unboxing was easy peasy! Once unboxed, there were only a few steps to getting the generator operational. Much of the guesswork was removed, and it was intelligently designed to use gas or propane. Propane is my first choice due to minimal upkeep and burns cleaner than gas. I hooked up my propane tank and used the remote starter and started immediately. I was happy about that.

Amazing Generator.

I bought this generator to prepare for the hurricane season here in Florida. Last season neighbor let me use his as I didn’t have one and it was amazing. I pulled the plug and bought one for myself. It is a bit loud compared to the inverter ones I’m used to but it does the job. The dual fuel is amazing. Remote start is an amazing feature as well.

Excellent Hurricane Prep item

I have had two prior generators that had limited features. This beast is now back-feeding into my main breaker panel for all of my smaller home circuits (except the A/C, pool, WH and a couple other large 50/60 amp breakers). I've tested at 50 amp twist lock cord (purchased separately) and everything in the house runs. No more dragging power cords. My wife loves the push button start, she could never start the others with pull cords. I am very pleased with the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dual Fuel 12500-9500

I purchased this a few weeks ago and was easy to assemble, and started right up. I did wish the tires were made from a harder product either airless rubber or a more harder durable plastic. It is plastic, and I’m afraid that it may not hold up where I’ll be using it mostly in rocky terrain.
I also followed the instructions for the Bluetooth remote start, it started however I didn’t think it would as I couldn’t get the remote light to indicate it had synced by the red light. But despite no light it did end up starting using the remote.
