Very easy instructions had all the parts absolutely no damage and shipping! Have not picked up the propane yet, but started right up with gas! Exceptional product for the price!

Good Generator

Picked it up last weekend and was pleased at the ease of assembly. Also happy that it included the wheel kit. The built in handle is a plus. My previous generator has a removable handle that becomes a bit of a pain. I like the dual fuel capability. Haven't had the need to use it yet, and honestly hope I never have to. I did start it up to test it with propane, and it fired right up using the electric start. Overall, it seems like a great product.

Need propane tank adaptor

This is my second generator. I love the product bbut I had a problem that would be easy for you to address. The regulator/hose supplied attaches easily to 20 and 40 lb tanks. However it does not connect to a 100 lb cylinder. I found this out only after buying and filling two 100 lb tanks. I have ordered two adapters to fit the regulator hose you provided, but I will not recieve those until mid-July. It would have been so much easier if you had provided an adaptor to fit either 20# or 100# tanks.
