I ordered the 9500DF on June 22, 2021 and received it June 28, 2021. Fast delivery, no shipping damage and everything was there. Easy to put together and unit cranked right up.

Complete package

During the winter freeze in Houston, my pull start generator would not start. Never want to get caught cold again...this one is the complete package with power, duel fuel (runs on gas or propane) and electric start. I have not used it yet but I feel comfortable this generator will get the job done.
