Generator come very well packed nonetheless is very heavy. Be prepared to have someone with muscles help out unloading at home.
It come with kit to add tires for easy transfer, husband had to purchase oil for it.
We have yet to use it but looks like great a d ready to cover us during power outage.

Generator 9500 DFC, duel fuel.

I recently bought this generator and it's great. Minor assembly is very easy. The many extras on the unit are very nice. It's far superior to previous generators I've owned. I would recommend this unit to anyone lookng for a generator.

Powerful and flexible

This generator is powerful enough to run all of our important systems at home and we enjoy the flexibility of the two fuel option. It’s nicely set up and the remote start feature is a definite plus.

Easy Set up

Although my family has not used this generator yet, it was very easy to set up right out of the box. It came with its own bottle of oil, which is awesome, and very clear instructions for getting started.
We will update the review if needed as we navigate and use this generator in the near future.

First emergency and it is failing

I have had this for 2 years. Before last night wild have given it 5 stars.
Power went out, cranked it up abs worked great....for about 5 hours. Now 7 hours later, it has died 3 times... when it runs, the unit intermittently generates electricity. 38 degrees outside....53 in my house because my "great" generator used 6 to 8 times camping, is not doing it's job, the first time it was a necessity. I can't even run my coffee maker. It is frustrating and my household......8 including a pregnant woman and a 10 month old....are cold.....NOT HAPPY
