Beautiful Generator with amazing features

I bought this generator 2 wks ago. Followed the assembly and start up procedures as instructed and unit started with no problems. The generator was quieter then I imagined it would be. So far, very happy

started immediately after we figured out there was a fuel shut off valve. That needs to be better highlighted in instructions

Generator

I purchased this generator for a well that I have for watering cattle. We have had so many hurricanes in the past few years and power remaining out for several days. I wanted something reliable for a power source for my well. I have a Westing House generator at my house for backup power there. I like it. This generator offers a good warranty also if needed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased 2 of these, the first one appears to be working great. It has good features and started right up. the second one is DOA. I have contacted support and tier 1 was very friendly and easy to work with. they were not able to fix the issue, and have elevated it. So we will see hoe the process continues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problems

I bought 2 of these units and in less than 40hrs running time each one quit running and would not restart. Very dissatisfied with these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
