Great product

I bought the generator in February 2023 and didn’t need or open box until today 12/10/23. Set it up, added gas & oil, paired the fob, it started right up and runs great, very happy and ready for winter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Second Try

I had to return the first one I ordered because it didn't start. When I went to re-order, the model changed from the DFc to just the DF so I lost the carbon monoxide sensor and had to pay the same cost. Received notification that I wouldn't get the second unit for almost two months. Out of nowhere I received an update that it was now arriving in a few days. The unit arrived early but had me suspicious from the go - arrived early from a secondary location, box was re-taped, and the serial number has a sticker over it - I'm thinking its rebuilt. It fired up on the first try which puts it over the first order but I still have my suspicions on this being a genuine vs rebuild.

Powerful and Versatile

I love this machine so much that I bought 2. I have it connected to my home to operate some essentials, like the sewage pump and refrigerators and freezers, but I'm able to also operate my whole house air conditioning with this unit. If I want to run my stove or dryer, I simply turn off the air conditioning while I'm doing those tasks. This got me though 3 day power outages. I love the propane option because I don't have to worry about the gas in the tank going bad.
