Wow! Great Customer Experience!!

Delivery to our remote home was right to the driveway! The setup out of the box was very easy - just attaching the feet and wheels. It is VERY heavy (as expected) so a dolly may be helpful. All I had to do was add the provided oil, gas, connect the battery cables, turn on the fuel switch, and here's the part that blew my mind . . . it started on the first push of the start button!! Wow, I thought I'd probably need to wear myself out on the pull start for a few minutes, but not to be. Super simple!

I bought this generator due to its dual capabilities (gas and propane). Upon unboxing, I was thrilled at the quality of the unit. Very easy to set up and I’m looking forward to using it!

Replaced an pull start generator with this electric start. An outstanding generator. Used it in 3 power outage at home an it performs perfectly.

got it out of the box ,,hooked up everything put gas in,, oil in hit the remote start a couple times and its running.. I let it run about 30 min. plugged my skill saw in just for a test ..everything appears good.... Lou

Ordering anything online that needs to be delivered is always a gamble when it comes to receiving the product fully intact and undamaged. I was very pleased in this case, the generator was delivered without any damages. The high quality of the generator is quite evident. The packaged accessories included with the generator made assembly very easy. The Manual had all of the information I needed to feel comfortable operating this unit. Would definitely recommend this generator based on my unboxing experience today. The remote control is an added bonus!

This is my second Westinghouse generator. They are just so dang reliable without the higher price of the brand that starts with an “H”. My dad had been hinting that he wanted my original one, so purchasing the new one made for a good excuse. Ultimately, we both get new generators because that thing has been and continues to be solid as a rock!
Everything about this new generator screams quality. Out of the box and initial start up she “purred like a kitten”. Best surprise ever, it has a remote control:)
