Easy to set up and operate. The due power is a great option as I usually have one of the other around the house.

Great feature of Dual Fuel

We are happy we bought this model. We have frequent long power outages and having this gives a peace of mind. It is heavy but easy to maneuver on wheels. The dual fuel option is an added plus.

Great product, User manual has a few issues

Only have about an hour run time but certainly working as advertised! A couple issues with the manual: Unless I missed it the duration of the break in period isn't clear. The other issue is a random statement (page 15) about manipulating a "lock knob" that doesn't exist.

Easy to set up and use!

I've never had a home generator before. Minimal assembly right out of the box. Started right up on both gasoline and propane. Instructions very easy to understand.

Love The Brand Second Purchase from a 8500 to 9500

I bought a 8500 series last year and ran fridge , freezer , fans , tv surround and portable ac units and wanted to make sure I could run central AC so I'm upgrading to the 9500 series. I trust it will do the job just fine!!!!!
