Easy to Install

Was up and running in no time! The only issue is that is runs at a high RPM even when no load is on the system. I believe this is how generators are suppose to work.

Easy to use

I bought this 15 days ago and haven't had a chance to try it during a power failure but started to make sure everything was ok. We followed the instructions in the book as it was our first generator and it was easy to follw.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wanted a generator in case I lose power and I'm glad I bought this one. It has all the features I hoped for and will feel more at ease when bad weather threatens

Great Generator

I bought this last Dec. and just had the interlock device put in the house last month. Yesterday I got to use it for the first time when a squirrel climbed up the electric pole near my house and tripped the breaker fuse on the electrical transformer, thus knocking out our electricity and terminating the squirrel.Electric company said lead time to fix could be 3 hours.It was 40 degrees out so I fired up the generator.connected to power cord and our house had Rlectricity till the repairman came and put the transformer fuse back in. have the Wgen9500DF and it powers the whole house.

Excellent backup Plan B Generator

Unit is very well designed; the dual fuel feature makes the unit very versatile.
The output of the unit will allow power to most needed items, at 50 amp makes very versatile.
Would recommend.

I bought this generator a week ago and received it today. It was easy to set up and can't wait to get it up and running. So far everything has been easy, and after reading all the reviews I expect it exceed my expectations.
