I bought this generator a month or so ago. Beyond the hassle of dealing with the delivery company all has been great. The start up directions were clear and I have it all ready and broken in for our next power outage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tough to start battery almost started on fire.

Extremely disappointed in this product. Very tough to start and now the battery died and started smoking.

Bad mechanical noise happened while running. now ot wont start sounds like metal clanging.

Perfect size for portable

I bought this because we have more ice storms and power interruptions every winter and we have less confidence in the power grid. This is very maneuverable with the wheels and handle. Has enough power to keep the house running for way less money for a permanent setup with basically the same watts. Plus it's portable so you can also use it at the cabin or hunting shack etc... it took about 2 minutes to put the wheels and feet on and add the oil. Hooked up a propane tank and it started right up. Not as loud as I expected either so that's a plus.
