Just Received it!

So far, I like the product. The assembly was straightforward. It has a five-hour break-in period, so I have run it that long to prepare it for the real thing. I question the value of the remote start/stop because you still need to turn the battery switch on and off. However, I love that it attempts to start three times automatically through the start button or the remote. That is a nice feature. Mine came with many scratches on the frame, more than I like. I need to reach out to support and see what that is about and how to address it.

Easy Start Up

Received the generator as expected. Had great documentation to get the unit set up, which only took 15 minutes. Documentation was also very well written to get the unit started on propane. The unit is relatively easy to maneuver as well with the built in handle. Meeting all expectations I had upon deciding to purchase this generator.

Solid reliable

I only had to use this 2 times now, but it fires up without a issue. I use propane as my fuel source, but I like the ability to use gas. I used the remote starter from 75 feet away with a shed and garage in between. It started up just like I was standing beside it. I tested the output, it was right on what I was hoping to see. The muffle is protected in a housing which makes it a bit safer around people. I would and have already recommended it to other family members. I could not give 5 stars because I have not had it long enough to see long term effects. I have only 11.5 hours on it. 10 of them hours were fully used and with a heavy load.

Great capability

I bought this generator in Aug 2023. I have not had the opportunity to use it yet. I like all the capabilities it has. Especially the dual fuel capability. After I assembled it and connected the propane tank it started up with the start button. After I get the opportunity to use it I will let you know how it performs.

Startup 1-2-3. Easy

Easy to set up and put wheels and oil in and go! Started right up. Even though it is 207 pounds, it was very easy to move. Seemed much lighter once large wheels were on. I attached propane tank to test. Looking forward to whole house connect with transfer switch install in a few days. Main goal was to run well pump for water for horses.
