Well packaged, arrived with no damage. Easy to assemble feet and wheels. Came with clear instructions. Added oil and gas, then one push start. Fantastic!

Bought it because I needed something to run my 50 amp camper and my house during long power outages. I turned on everything in my camper and had no problems! I haven’t gotten to use it on house yet. Only complaint I had was that the carb solenoid had a wire unplugged which took me a little bit to figure it out. Other than so far so happy

Powerful reliable easy to operate WGEN9500DF

Purchased after hurricane passed over, was easy to follow instructions and prepped generator wgen9500DF for use with propane. The large no flat tires and properly weighted frame make it easy to maneuver. Pleased with purchase and feel more secure with the generator.

A brand new generator!

I just received this generator yesterday and have not had a chance to run it yet. But the delivery packaging and unpackaging so far have been great. It has all the features that I need and should power our small off-grid cabin quite nicely. I'm looking forward to a snowy cloudy winter so I can use the generator on a regular basis.
