Nice generator

Bought this during the last power outage. Fired right up and did the job. The electric start was a nice feature. I’ll be ready for the next time. Look forward to using it when I start building my cabin too

Great packing with outstanding instructions

Ordered on Sunday received on Tuesday. Just in time for hurricane Idalia on wed. I did all the prep work on Tuesday and ran it for an hour with no load. We lost power for 24 hours and this thing ran like a champ. 12 hours on a tank of gas. The manual was one of the best I have seen. It even comes with a parts breakdown manual. Just get one you won’t be disappointed. Next step is to set it up for whole house.

Great Bang for the Buck

I received the first one and it was damaged. Notified W/H and they sent me a replacement. I returned the original one and it was less than a week, I received the replacement. Super customer service, thank you for the great service.
