Did not work but replaced

I liked the overall features. Two issues: first, the delivery team damaged my home during delivery and it is difficult to contact the right team at Pilot to resolve this. Second, I had to have the item replaced

I bought this generator to have power when it gets knocked out by hurricane force winds. I wanted it to run on propane instead of gasoline.

Easy to use and setup

Super easy to setup. Put the wheels and supports on in a couple minutes. Added the supplied oil and started it up in accordance with the directions in just a couple minutes. Primarily using propane to run and it is super convenient!
