Generator was purchased for my when we lost power two days in a row and had to borrow my parents. Super appreciative and pray we don't have to use it but its better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it.

What a workhorse

My generator arrived in perfect condition and it was an easy step by step assembly with product literature that was well written and good photo illustrations. It is just what I needed building an off grid cabin on our lake property. We powered our RV with the 50 amp outlet by night and power tools by day.

Heavy generator with sensitive GFI

bought this generator to run a refrigerator in the event of power service interruption. The generator is significantly overpowered for this task but every time the compressor on the refrigerator would kick on the GFI would interrupt the circuit. The work around was to buy a fitting for the 4-prong 30-amp plug which doesn't have a GFI.
features that I like are: the start/remote start, clean running, smooth running. It was very easy to setup. I look forward to trying it on propane but I have not used that fuel yet.
It is very heavy.

Great value and durable product...

I live down south and the weather is prone to be volatile at times when summer storms move through. I bought this generator to have as a standby power source for my house. Although I haven't had to use it yet, I feel confident that it will perform as advertised. I've had it under load at about 80% with no issues at all. I hope I never have to use it as intended, but confident that it will carry the load.

I’ve been having more frequent power outages. Last one went on for 3 1/2 days so decided to get a generator to support my home office, sump pump, dehumidifier, refrig, etc for critical needs. This one was the perfect size to support everything. I knew it was a trusted brand too.
