Bought this as backup for house power and if any other need arises. Nice to have dual fuel. Best feature is the remote start !! Saves my arm from yanking a cord !!

I just received the generator & unpacked. Everything was there & shipped in good condition.
Seems like a well-made product. I followed instruction & it ran well. All looks good; however, the real test will come when the power goes off & that's why I did not rate it a five stars.

Follow the directions and the WGen 9500DF goes together quickly and easily. All directions are clear and easily understood. Battery was charged in 15 minutes. Filled with oil as directed, topped off with Ethanol-free gas, pressed the start button for 1 second and it started immediately. What's not to like? It is easily moved about, and the large tires get over gravel without bogging down. Break-in period was straight forward and without problems.

After reading reviews, I pulled the trigger on this product. Being a mechanic I was concerned about repair parts availability. I found a parts diagram was included in the paperwork, I was sold! Good insurance to have in Florida during storm season!!

Just purchased This item and I am very pleased with it. I really enjoy the fob starter. It’s also easy to start on the generator itself with the push button.
