I just received this generator this week. The delivery was prompt, it was easy to prep the unit for operation and everything appears to be in order. Also, the operating instructions are very clear and complete.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased after a 3 day power outage last winter in Texas - did not want to go through that again. Generator is working just great and set up for thr coming winter.

I hope I never have to use this, but I’m so glad I have the capability. This generator has so many great features, and is a breeze to operate. Love that I can literally switch between fuel sources, and the remote start. This generator is a beast, and I know we can stay comfortable and safe during those harsh weather events.

Love it - But

During the assembly I had a problem - two captive nuts were missing for the feet. I got the appropriate nuts at Homedepot and finished the assembly.
However, I love this generator. After assembly, putting in oil and gas, etc., I pressed the Start button and it tried to start but failed. It automatically paused and tried again. It started on the third try. It was so cool just standing there watching it get itself started.
I would recommend this to a friend!
