I just recently purchased based upon previous reviews/ratings and videos. Had no problems with initial setup and run. Hating to say it but now I need a power outage to really give it a workout.

Purchased this to keep critical business servers powered in case of a power failure. It works great and not having to deal with storing gas is even better but I have the option to use gas if needed!
