I bought one of these about 5 years ago. I maintain it following the recommendations in the owners manual and it has easily started and run well every time. I like it so much that I bought one for my father.

After going through numerous generators that just didn't have the performance we had hoped. Our neighbor recommended this brand/model, and being an electrician he offered to wire it directly into our fuse box. So no more extension cords. If you're on the fence about which generator to select, look no further. We are now looking forward to the next power outage.
