No power

The generator cranked, but there is no power to the AC receptacles. A call was placed to the support number on the front of the generator. The person who answered said they would speak to someone and return the call. The call has not been returned. The trouble shooting section of the booklet says the generator is faulty. I do not know what to do next.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One area to check is on the outlets there are small GFI breakers in between the outlets that sometimes will pop during transportation.

Great features dual fuel

Easy to assemble added the supplied oil and started it with both gas and propane with no problem

Great investment

I live in the south and about a year ago i went through hurricane Ida and had to go with out power for over 5 days. I was able to access a generator but i had to share. Never again lol. I also work from home and badly needed this.

Bought this to replace older generator. This one runs great on both gas and propane. Looking forward to many years of use from this machine. Using it for occasional power outages in Texas.
