This model is easy to use and runs great. I have not had long but the duel fuel option is easy to use and the remote control is great. Works great with garage door closed and from 20 ft away with no hesitation.

Just purchased a week ago but think we are going to be very pleased. So easy to use and much quieter than our old generator. Very impressed with all the features and easy accessibility. Highly recommended!

I have been looking for a power generator with these many feature for a while. WGen9500DF has everything I need and more. I have a Travel Trailer and I want to run the A/C, Microwave, TV, etc... This monster should be able to handle it easily. At home, I want to use it as backup power. I just got it today and I've have only used with propane, but it started without a glitch. Sounds louder than my Firman but it has twice the power!

Great Generator

The generator was easy to assemble and started easily on propane gas. Will wait to use gasoline for now. I cannot say that I can't wait for the next hurricane but at least I am prepared for it.
