I had an issue with the 120 receptacles, Westinghouse has been very helpful and they are sending replacements for my receptacles for the generator

Amazingly quiet operation and ease of start in the coldest conditions make us so thankful we were able to obtain the 9500DF during the pandemics series of shortages.
