Good instruction and easy to get going with initial assembly. All parts fit perfectly and were in the box. It even has an integrated battery charger to keep things fresh. As to durability, time will tell.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice features, but would not start.

Bought the generator based on features and size, received it nicely deleivered (it is heavy!). It sat for a couple of months before starting it, so put in gasoline and all the other setup instructions, and it would not start. Hooking up a propane tank, it started right up. Getting customer service to help, they walked me through some things to test/try, and further action/service will be needed.
The only advice I can give at this time is to run some gasoline through it as soon as you get it, to remove any residual gas that may have been used to test-run the engine before shipping.
Looking forward to getting it running on gasoline as well propane!

So far so good

I bought the WGen9500DF about a month ago. Set up was easy. I’ve run it about 3-4 times for the break in period. The last time I ran it for about a half hour with my house hooked up to it with the generator transfer switch I have, everything worked as it should.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So easy!

I bought this for an upcoming storm. I am an old 70 year old woman that is unable to start a pull start generator. This starts with a push button or key fob and works like a charm! It's a little difficult for me to wheel it around but once I get it set into a shelter of some sort, it will be perfect. I'm so happy with my purchase!
