Powerful sturdy generator

Great generator so far. Starts easy and runs great. The remote starter is a big plus. Don’t have to pull start. fairly quiet generator for the size. Would definitely recommend.

For occasional power outages

We just got this generator, started up just fine, manual was easy to follow. I had to add more that one container of oil. We plan to power several refrigerators in the house and shop, propane cook top, a few lights, and the well pump using the GenerLink device when to power goes off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Convenient with Duel Fuel option, when it works

Bought in early 2021. Very easy to set up and used a few times with propane tanks without trouble. However, the first time with gas, it failed to power up after 10 tries. All steps strictly followed to the dot and only premium gas was used. Frustrating indeed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this because of the dual fuel and remote control features. I am elderly and needed the remote(which unfortunately, I lost before ever using the generator)) I have been working with a electrician to hook to a transfer switch. He finally got it installed this week. I like Westinghouse products and am sure this will be a great comfort in future power outages. Thanks for a great product!

Westinghouse Dual Fuel Portable Generator

I recently took delivery of my new Westinghouse dual fuel WGen9500. I completed the initial assembly, and ran the unit for the one (1) hour initial break-in period. The machine ran flawlessly on both propane and gasoline. I am very pleased with the power capabilities of this product and look forward to it serving our storm related backup power requirements for our Florida home for years to come.

Wife loves the remote start. Duel Fuel option great backup.
