Quieter than a lawn mower

Everything works. I tested it out today, using propane. The electronic starter works great. It takes three times to get started, but it knows enough to automatically repeat the 2 last times, and get the engine started. Even after it had been warmed up, it still takes 3 starts. The remote start key fob works perfectly as well to start and stop the engine. Straight from the factory, the lithium-ion battery has enough joules to start the motor. After the test, I charged up the battery using the included charger. When the light on the charger changes from red to green, the battery is charged up. I am very pleased with the purchase. Now I have peace of mind in case of another deadly Texas winter freeze (as in Feb. 2021).

Excellent quality and performance

Setup on the Wgen9500df was easy. It started easily and performed like it should. Fit and finish on unit is excellent. Ran a test load after setup today and the machine is a winner.

Great features

Seems well built, like the dual fuel option. Started easy and runs smooth. Not that heavy to maneuver around. I do wish had engine with spin-on oil filter.

Stopped working within the year

I bought this in May 2021. January 2022 it failed to start. I loved the electric start option, it was so great an convenient, but now I get no electric start or any electric feedback and the generator won't even start manually. No idea what's wrong with it. Waiting on support to get back to me
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
